Ginger Tea

It’s the start of the school year and everyone is starting to get sick.  My first defense when I get a cold is to drive to the store and get three simple ingredients. This yummy recipe doesn’t just kick the cold it also warms you up during to cold season.  The following recipe is for ginger tea.  

Ingredients:
1)    Ginger
2)    Lemon juice
3)    Honey

Instructions
1.        Get a cup of water and put in a pot.
2.      Get it to a simmer.
3.      Grate a one-inch piece of fresh ginger root in the simmering water.
4.     Put a dash of lemon juice in.
5.      Let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
6.      After 15 to 20 minutes put into a mug.
7.      Add honey to taste.
8.      Enjoy.
